It’s a family fun and information day.It’s a festival of black business and culture with a spectacular emphasis on economics, education and entertainment within the black community.
The Black Expo is also a marketing effort for small business owners, vendors and corporations. This event will allow your business to expose its products and services to thousands of consumers within our community. It’s the perfect forum for showcasing your products or services as well as building corporate awareness.

The admission is free. We want to extend to the general public an invitation to see the unity, hear the excitement and feel the rhythm vibrating thru the walls of The Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center on Saturday April 24,2010 between 9AM-5PM.

Exhibitors Terms and Conditions
Exhibitors are allowed to sell only products/ services listed on their application.
Exhibit space will be confirmed upon receipt of completed application agreement and full payment.
Within one booth space allocated, shared space is allowed.
Payment with most major credit cards ( pls call in)or check made payable to: Black Pages.
Return check fee of $15 will apply.
All payments are non-refundable.
Upon full payment and application approval, exhibitors will be emailed their booth assignment.
No animals of any kind will be allowed on the premises.
Exhibitor Agreement Terms
The exhibitor / vendor (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibitor) shall defend and indemnify TLS Enterprises, Inc. BlackPagesONLINE.com, The Black Pages of New England (Hereinafter referred to as the Host), its agents and its employees from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorney’s fees arising out of or resulting from the display and operations of the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor shall furthermore hold the Host harmless from all claims, damages, losses or expenses attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease, or death or injury or destruction to tangible property, including loss resulting from, is caused to or is claimed to have been caused in whole or in part, by any product sold by the Exhibitor, its agents, employees or subcontractors regardless of whether or not such damage, loss or expense is caused or is claimed to have been caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder.
In any and all claims against the Host, its agents or employees, this indemnification obligation shall not be limited in any way by any limitation on the amount or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable by or for the Lessee or any subcontractor under worker’s compensation acts.Further, according to city,state and federal law,Exhibitor will (where applicable) have on hand current and valid resale permit. All Exhibitors items must be legal. Counterfiet items are prohibited.It is the sole responsiblity of Exhibitors to collect and report sales tax generated at the expo.There will be no hellium balloons or hellium tanks on the premises.Exhibitor is not permitted to sell, assign or sublet exhibitor space. The Exhibitor will be asked to leave the expo without refund due.There will be no music in or around the Exhibitor booth without prior approval.
